Group Policy Management Console - show/hide links missing

I was working on a client's Windows 2012 R2 Server today and found that Group Policy Management Console was missing "show/hide" menus in the "Settings" tab.

That really annoyed me, as I couldn't expand/collapse menus without opening the actual policy editor.

The fix:

1. Open Server Manager

2. Disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (ESC)

2.1 Leave it on for Users, turn it off for Administrators

2.2. If it is showing as "Off" for administrators, simply turn it back on and off again.
